Every listing is a one-of-one physical item — the exact slab pictured is the one that ships. Photos are of the actual item; condition and grading are stated on each listing. Collectibles are sold as-is in the pictured condition.

When online checkout is offered, it runs through a secure hosted payment processor — Stripe or PayPal, whichever the checkout hands you; otherwise the cart preps a DM order and payment is arranged by secure link. Prices are in USD. Shipping is shown before you pay. You can also reserve via Instagram DM — first paid, first served. We can cancel and fully refund any order that can't be fulfilled (e.g. simultaneous sale on a one-of-one) — that's on us, and you always get your money back.

If any item is proven counterfeit, altered, or materially not as described, you get a full refund including shipping both ways. Details in the Authenticity Guarantee.

Everything ships tracked; orders over $100 ship insured at no extra cost. Damage in transit is covered — photos within 48 hours of delivery and we make it right. Full policy on the Shipping & Returns page.

Because items are one-of-one and sold as the exact item pictured, all sales are final except where the Authenticity Guarantee or transit-damage coverage applies.

A $25 / $50 / $100 draw is a request for one physical graded slab from that tier's displayed pool. Which slab you get is picked uniformly at random the moment your payment is captured — never before, and never hand-picked.

Every slab that could come out of a pool is shown face-up on /packdraw/ — name, grade, and reference value — before you pay. Slabs leave the pool automatically once they're sold or pulled; nothing hidden is ever added to a pool.

On the rare chance a pool empties between adding a draw to your stash and payment finishing, you are never charged for a draw that couldn't be filled. Any shortfall is refunded or made right — nothing extra is ever taken beyond the approved total.

A drawn slab ships and is guaranteed exactly like any other listing on this site. If proven counterfeit, altered, or not as described: full refund of item price and shipping both ways (see /authenticity/).
