Orders are packed and shipped from the U.S. within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Inventory is single-copy — if a slab sells while you're still on the checkout screen, you won't be charged for it.

Every slab rides in a snug team-bag → rigid card-saver → bubble-wrap cocoon → a crush-proof box. Corners get extra padding so nothing shifts in transit. Nothing rattles, nothing bends.

Everything ships tracked, and any order over $100 ships insured for its full value at no extra cost to you. You get the tracking number the moment it's scanned in.

Shipping is calculated when you check out (or confirmed in DM for Instagram orders) based on weight, value, and where you are — no surprise fees stacked at the end. Domestic delivery typically lands in 3–6 business days. We ship internationally on request; just ask before you buy.

Because every piece is one-of-one and sold as the exact item pictured, all sales are final except where our Authenticity Guarantee applies: if any item is ever proven counterfeit, altered, or not as described, you get a full refund including shipping both ways. Arrived damaged in transit? Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right through the insurance claim.
