Orders are packed and shipped from the U.S. within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Since inventory is single-copy, we confirm availability in the DM before you pay, so what you buy is what you get.

Graded slabs ride in a snug team-bag → rigid card-saver → bubble-wrap cocoon → a crush-proof box. Opals, fossils, and fragile relics get foam-nested and double-boxed. Nothing rattles, nothing bends.

Everything ships tracked, and any order over $100 ships insured for its full value at no extra cost to you. You get the tracking number the moment it's scanned in.

Shipping is quoted per order in the DM based on weight, value, and where you are — no surprise fees stacked at the end. Domestic delivery typically lands in 3–6 business days. We ship internationally on request; just ask before you buy.

Because pieces are graded/authenticated and one-of-one, all sales are final except where our Authenticity Guarantee applies: if any item is ever proven not to be what we described, you get a full refund including shipping. Arrived damaged in transit? Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right through the insurance claim.
